These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Three Clicks re-commerce platform, a business operating in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, that specializes in purchasing pre-owned items and reselling them through its website, mobile application, and related services. By accessing or using the platform in any manner, whether as a buyer, seller, or visitor, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms outlined in this document.
Scope of Services
Three Clicks provides a structured system for buying and reselling used goods across categories such as electronics—including speakers, headphones, amplifiers, e-readers, computers and their accessories—along with smartwatches, sports items, books, and other relevant categories that may be added or removed at the Company's discretion. The platform is intended only for users who are at least eighteen years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. Users must provide accurate, complete, and verifiable information when accessing any service on the platform.
Selling Items to Three Clicks
Individuals who wish to sell items to Three Clicks may submit their products for evaluation through our online submission process, WhatsApp, or email. Upon receiving an item, our team conducts a thorough inspection to verify its condition, authenticity, functionality, and eligibility for resale. Based on this evaluation, we provide a final purchase quote that the seller may accept or reject. Once the seller accepts the offer and the payment is processed, full ownership of the item transfers to Three Clicks, and the seller affirms that the item is lawfully owned, not stolen or counterfeit, free of third-party claims, and legally transferable. If the Company identifies any violation of ownership or authenticity, it may report the issue to relevant authorities. Payments to sellers are released only after final physical verification of the item and may be completed through bank transfer, UPI, or other available methods.
Purchasing Items from Three Clicks
Users purchasing items from the platform acknowledge that all products are pre-owned and may exhibit normal signs of usage. While Three Clicks makes every effort to describe product condition accurately—including classifications such as Like New, Excellent, Good, or Fair—and provides representative images, some variations may occur due to the nature of second-hand products. Unless otherwise stated, items sold on the platform do not include any manufacturer warranty; however, the Company may provide a limited testing warranty for select products, and in such cases, the Company will explicitly specify the warranty duration, conditions, and acceptable return window at the time of purchase. Any product that includes a warranty or defined return period will have these terms clearly stated on the product listing or invoice, and returns outside this timeframe will not be eligible.
Returns and Refunds
Buyers may request a return or refund only under specific circumstances, such as receiving an item that is completely non-functional at the time of delivery. As pre-owned products may have limitations and it is not always possible to test every individual feature, Three Clicks will offer a replacement only when the product does not function at all. For issues related to specific features or functionalities that are not working but do not affect the core usability of the product, the buyer will be required to contact the original device manufacturer or service provider for further support. Refunds, once approved, will typically be processed within three to seven business days.
Product Authenticity
Three Clicks strives to authenticate all items it acquires, but due to the inherent limitations of evaluating pre-owned goods, it cannot always provide manufacturer-backed confirmation of authenticity unless explicitly stated.
User Responsibilities
Users of the platform are responsible for ensuring that their activities are lawful and honest. They agree not to engage in fraudulent behaviour, provide misleading information, damage the integrity of the platform, interfere with its operational functionality, or misuse its content, including text, images, and proprietary branding.
Platform Availability and Modifications
The Company may update, modify, or suspend any part of the platform at any time without prior notice, and may also experience downtime due to maintenance or technical issues.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, Three Clicks will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. The Company's liability, in any event, is limited to the amount paid by a buyer for an item or the amount paid to a seller for a product.
Indemnification
By using the platform, users agree to indemnify and hold Three Clicks harmless against claims, damages, or losses arising from misrepresentation, illegal activity, non-compliance with these Terms, or disputes related to ownership of goods sold to the Company.
Privacy and Data Usage
The platform collects user data solely for operational, communication, and logistics purposes and does not sell or knowingly share personal information with unauthorized third parties. All data processing follows applicable Indian IT Act guidelines.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property associated with Three Clicks, including branding, content, photographs, product descriptions, and digital assets, is owned by the Company and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
Shipping, Delivery, and Pickup
Pickup and delivery services are currently available within Chennai city limits, with timelines dependent on logistics availability. Shipping fees may apply and will be communicated in advance. Sellers may cancel a pickup request before item inspection, while buyers may cancel an order prior to dispatch; once dispatched, cancellation requests will be treated as return requests.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Indian law, and any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
Amendments
Three Clicks reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time, with the most recent version posted on the platform deemed effective immediately.
