6. Why do some products show minor scratches or wear?

These are pre-owned products, so minor signs of usage may be present. Any visible wear or damage is clearly mentioned and shown in photos.

Prices are usually fixed and fairly evaluated based on product condition and market value.

9. Is it safe to make payments on Three Clicks?

Yes. All payments on Three Clicks are securely processed through Razorpay, a trusted and PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Three Clicks does not store or process customers' card, UPI, or banking information on its servers.

10. Where does Three Clicks currently deliver?

At present, Three Clicks ships products only within Chennai.

11. How long does delivery take?

Delivery timelines vary by location but usually take 3–7 business days after order confirmation.

12. Can customers from other cities or states place an order?

Yes. Customers from other cities or states who are interested in purchasing a product must contact Three Clicks support before placing an order.

Please note that outstation orders (outside Chennai) are processed on a case-by-case basis.

Important Conditions for Outstation Orders:

  • No returns or replacements will be accepted for orders shipped outside Chennai
  • Shipping for outstation orders is done at the buyer's risk
  • Once dispatched, Three Clicks will not be responsible for transit-related damages, delays, or losses

Returns & Cancellations

13. What is the return policy?
  • The return window is clearly mentioned on the product listing or invoice
  • Returns are accepted only within the specified return period
  • Products must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
14. When is a replacement or refund applicable?

Replacement or refund is applicable only if the product does not power on or function at all, subject to verification. Three Clicks reserves the right to deny a return or refund if the product is found to be functioning properly, has been misused, or the return conditions are not met.

15. Can I return a product due to change of mind?

No. Returns for change of mind, personal preference, or compatibility issues are not accepted.

16. How does return pickup work?
  • Return pickup is available only from the original delivery address
  • Requests for alternate addresses or common meeting points will not be entertained
17. How do I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled only before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Pre-owned products do not come with a warranty by default.
